Sad to say that some of the trees planted by the school have been pulled up and thrown about the field yesterday afternoon (Sunday). They have now been replanted . These trees are to remember the end of the First Worl War and those from this village who lost their lives.The police have been informed

Sad news that Gwilym Ellis has died. Gwilym was one of Llan’s boys, Gwilym Penllechog, he was a true gentleman. Thinking of his daughter Debbie and all the family

Cemetery

Heartfelt thanks to Gordon Hughes for all his hard work i weeding/clearing the path through the cemetery. Nice to see a young man working to better his community. Well done Gordon.

Tuesday 11/7 at 5:30 cutting the grass on the playing field come along and help, strimmer. petrol machine, rake or just to carry the cuttings to the bottom of the field

 

Post Office opening times

October 2013

The post office in the cafe has now closed and the van calls at the layby near Cae Glas at the following times:-

Tuesday afternoon 12:45 – 13:45

Thursday afternoon 14:45 – 15:45

Llanaelhaearn Community Council have suggested two alternative sites and there will be an update soon.
