Please phone us, Monday to Friday, between 9.30 – 4:00, to make a booking. We are unable to take bookings through Facebook, text, emails etc.
1. Only one nominated visitor will be allowed to visit each resident for the time being. Due to the high demand, we can only offer one visit per resident, per week.
Visiting times are:
Monday: 2:15-2:45 3:00 – 3:30

Weekend: 2:15-2:45 3:00 – 3:30

3. If you have any symptoms or illness/infection of any kind, no visitation will take place.
4. No person under the age of 18 – as they are probably not vaccinated.
5. All gift parcels suitably packed in sealed plastic coverings to be left in a receptacle located outside the front door. Please notify the staff in order for them to carry out infection control and prevention measures prior to handling them to the designated recipient.
6. Gifts. Flowers are accepted but no plastic wrapping. No food items to be brought into the home unless they are sealed, wipe able products that do not require refrigeration.
7. At the moment unfortunately we do not have toilet facilities outside the home.
8. Please bring your own pen to fill in the paperwork. On each visit you will be asked to fill in a short questionnaire.
